Report any manufacturing defect or delivery damage within 7 days of receipt and we will arrange a repair, replacement or exchange.
Conditions
Items must be in original condition. Mattresses with hygiene seals removed are covered by the manufacturer warranty rather than returns.
Refunds
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 14 working days.
